VEGETARIAN SPAGHETTI WITH SAUCE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 zucchini squash
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Spaghetti sauce (1 jar)

Saute vegetables in olive oil until done. Pour in sauce and pour over noodles. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired.
