SWEET SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c. dry wine
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 lg. can whole, peeled tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 lb. pasta, cooked until al dente

Brown beef in large skillet with 2 cloves pressed garlic. Add wine and simmer for 10 minutes or until absorbed. Add spices, tomatoes and paste. Simmer 1 hour until thick, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta.
