CRESCENT VEGGIE ROLL 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
2 c. grated cheese
Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, olives, mushrooms

Spray or grease cookie sheet. Roll both packages of rolls out flat on cookie sheet to make one large crust pressing edges together. Cook 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, mayo, onion, and dressing together, frost cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over top according to your taste. Top with grated cheese. Serve in squares, cold.
