GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. avocados, mashed
1 lg. ripe tomato, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. oil
Louisiana Hot sauce
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste (this also keeps avocados from turning)

Blend all ingredients together. Serve with chips. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
