GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs, add sugar, Grape-Nuts, vanilla, milk and salt. Stir and let set for 3 minutes. Put in top of double boiler, put cover on and cook for 15 minutes. Stir and cook with cover on for 15 more minutes. Very good.
