EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 qts. sliced potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dried onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Layer potatoes in greased baking dish. Season with onions, salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk together, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
