WILD RICE STUFFING 
1/2 c. wild rice
1 qt. boiling water
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. sage
Dash thyme
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg yolk, beaten

Cook rice in boiling water until tender, approximately 25 minutes. Saute mushrooms. Add drained rice, mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Blend well. Stuff 2-pound bird.
