SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. cream or milk (according to richness desired)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix flour and sugar well. Blend in other ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter (sprinkle with nutmeg if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until set around sides. (Will still shake in the middle)
