SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 whole chicken
1 jar Cheese Whiz
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
12 med. flour tortillas

Cook chicken, debone and dice chicken into small pieces. Mix Cheese Whiz, soup, sour cream, green chilies and onion. Stir until smooth, then add diced chicken. Spoon mixture on tortillas. Roll up and place in large baking dish. Pour any remaining mixture over the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
