HOMEMADE ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast quick acting
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 1/2 c. flour

Add yeast to warm water, then add sugar, wait until yeast foams to top and sprinkle with salt, add oil. Then add 4 1/2 cups flour to mixture and knead for 3 minutes on floured board. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Form balls of dough and place evenly in pan. Let rise and bake in oven 375 degrees until golden brown on top. Approximately 30 minutes.
