PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 chopped onion
2 diced carrots
2 diced potatoes
1 c. celery
1 c. rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Brown pork chops. Place vegetables in layers. Put rice on top of vegetables. Put pork chops on top of rice. Pour soup and water over chops. Season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or longer.
