1 head cauliflower, cleaned & broken up
1 bunch broccoli, cleaned & cut up
1 stalk celery, cut in sm. pieces
1 box frozen peas, put in boiling water & when bubbles come, don't cook, but drain & rinse in cold water.
1 onion, chopped

DRESSING:

Make the night before. 1 c. Helsmanise mayonnaise (or more) 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream

Pour over vegetables and stir before ready to serve.
