MOSTACCIOLI SALAD 
1 pkg. mostaccioli noodles
1/4 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 bunch green onions
1 unpeeled cucumber, sliced thin

Cook noodles with 1/4 cup oil; drain. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients. Add noodles. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
