MANY WAY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom, golden mushrooms, tomato or vegetable soup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet brown meatballs, pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes; stir now and then.
