BEEF TENDERLOIN 
1 tenderloin, whole
1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 to 3 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cube butter
1 bunch scallions
4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms and liquid

Trim all fat from tenderloin. Rub over tenderloin, Lawry's Seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Wrap tenderloin in saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 450 degree oven for half an hour. Remove tenderloin from oven immediately. Cool and slice thinly.

Saute chopped green onions in melted butter. Add mushrooms and liquid, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.

Heat ovenproof platter. Arrange tenderloin on platter. Pour sauce over meat. Broil 2 to 3 minutes.
