BEER ROAST 
Inexpensive cut of beef 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.
16 oz. can of beer
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 sm. onion
1/8 c. oil
1/2 c. flour

Dredge meat in flour and seasonings. Brown in oil. Place aside. Sautee onions in oil and meat drippings. Return meat to pan and add beer. Cook in oven or crockpot several hours at low 275 to 300 degree temperature. Serve over rice.
