1 lb. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 med. size jar peanut butter
2 boxes 10X sugar

Melt butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add vanilla. In large bowl have one box of sugar. Pour melted mixture over sugar. Add second box, work with spoon or fork until cool enough to work by hand. Press into 9"x12" buttered pan.
