TEXAS PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pecan halves

Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans. Put mixture into uncooked pie shell. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
