CRYSTALLIZED ORANGE NUTS 
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Combine sugar and orange juice in a 2 quart (12 x 7 inch) glass baking dish and mix well. Stir in pecans. Microwave 6 minutes or until syrup crystallizes. Separate pecans and put onto buttered cookie sheet.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
