RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 qt. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 qts. milk
1 tsp. salt
Orange skins
3-4 tbsp. vanilla

Mix water and rice together, add milk and orange skin. Bring to a boil then cook for 1 hour. Stir constantly putting in sugar, vanilla (mixed together) in rice and stir 5 more minutes.
