EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (2 to a pkg.) deep dish pie crust
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken, whole
4 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
2 cans condensed chicken soup

Clean chicken. Remove skin and insides. Boil chicken with garlic, salt, pepper and onion. When chicken falls away from bones remove from water. Remove all bones. Add vegetables to remaining water and boil, stirring a little until soft. Add chicken back to water. Cook until water is reduced, simmering slowly.

Then add soup mixture should be a little thick. Set aside. Place 1 unfrozen pie crust in the bottom of baking dish. Add chicken mixture. Place cut pieces of pie crust on top. Bake at 450 degrees until crust is golden brown. Serves 6.
