TATO TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes, dry
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water

Mix together and spread in a 1 1/2 quart deep dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Filling: 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained; mix with 1/2 cup taco sauce (Pace Picante is good) and 1 cup shredded cheese. Put on top of crust.

Topping: Chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and lightly crushed tortilla chips. Put this on top just before serving.
