1/2 c. olive oil (or vegetable oil)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4-6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Put all ingredients in jar and shake to blend. For thicker dressing, blend in blender.
