TORTELINI SALAD 
12 oz. bag frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 can black olives (med., pitted)
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 jar Mancini sweet roasted red peppers, drained
1/4 lb. pepperoni, chunked
Good Season Italian salad dressing
Parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini and drain well; cool. Add drained olives, artichokes, red peppers, broccoli and pepperoni. Toss with salad dressing and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
