DROP DONUTS 
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs. Add sugar and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to liquid mix. Do not over mix. Add butter. Dough should not be too thin. Drop from teaspoon into hot oil, 350 to 375 degrees. Be sure insides are done. Cook until brown. Roll in powdered sugar or cinnamon-sugar mix. Makes about 3 dozen.
