RANCH CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing mix

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine Ranch Dressing mix and bread crumbs.

Dredge chicken in mixture and place in baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes, or until chicken is done.

To die for, I usually place on cookie sheet with 1 tablespoon of veggie oil, or for less fat spray with cooking spray. Also for variety you use chicken legs-thighs. Try it with pork chops. I have also used creamy Italian dressing instead of ranch. Yum-yum.

Very simple AND the flavor is outstanding. Being from the South, I always brine my chicken breasts in cold water with 2 tbs. of salt for 20 minutes before preparing. Doing so really does make a change in the tenderness and moistness of the chicken breast. Try this recipe once and you will tweak it many ways in the future.
