CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Melt shortening in water; add flour and salt all at once, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a smooth ball. Cool for 1 minute. Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition until smooth. Spoon on greased baking sheet. Space 1 inch apart. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees, bake 25 minutes. Cool, slice open to expose hollow inside. Remove any excess dough from inside shell.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 pkg. instant pudding

Beat together milk and pudding. Add Dream Whip a little at a time until right consistency. Spoon into cream puff shells. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
