CROCK POT ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Brown together; drain. Add: 1 sm. jar taco sauce 1 can cream chicken soup 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 can green chilies, chopped

Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spray crock pot with Pam. Layer meat mixture, Velveeta cheese and flour tortillas to top. Cook at high for 15 minutes, then low for 1 1/2 hours.
