HASH QUICHE 
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 (15 oz.) cans roast beef hash or corned beef hash
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix

Combine hash and 1 egg; press into lightly greased 9 1/2 inch dish pie plate, to form crust. Sprinkle cheese, celery, and half green onion into hash crust. Mix remaining eggs and biscuit mix until smooth. Blend in milk and pour over all. Sprinkle with remaining green onion. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6. (I put a little extra onion and cheese in total recipe.)
