HASH QUICHE 
1 (15 oz.) roast beef hash
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Bisquick mix

Combine hash and 1 beaten egg. Press into greased 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and green onion over hash. Mix with mixer, eggs, milk and bisquick mix until smooth. Pour over all. Bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
