HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburger
Onion
Soy sauce
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
1/4 c. flour
Mashed potatoes

Brown 1 pound hamburger with onion. Add 3 shakes soy sauce and 1 tablespoon beef bouillon. Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour over hamburger. Stir 1-2 minutes. Add water until desired thickness. Serve over mashed potatoes.

Time saver - Boil potatoes with skin on. Use electric mixer to mash. Serves 4-6.
