HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. flour as much as needed
Water needed for thickness
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger until brown, do not dump grease, use for mixing flour, then put salt, pepper and amount of water for thickness. Takes just a few minutes. Serve over fried potatoes or mashed potatoes or just over bread or biscuits.
