STUFFED CABBAGE 
1/2 lb. beef
1/2 lb. veal
1/2 lb. pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. jar sauerkraut
1 (nice-size) head cabbage

Put all ingredients together except sauerkraut and cabbage. Roll into cabbage leaves that have been partially cooked. Put a little water on bottom of cooker or pan (can be cooked on top of stove or in cooker or in oven). Lay in layers with sprinkle of sauerkraut between each layer. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat or in 350 degree oven or cooker.

To serve in casserole, sprinkle with paprika. Serves 3-4.
