RED SNAPPER STEW 
Onion
Butter
Hot sauce
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
White potatoes
Salt and pepper
Ketchup - hot
Fish Water

Take Red Snapper; cook in butter until done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook tomatoes for about 10 minutes to take pilings off. Chop tomato up; add to fish. Add onions, tomato paste, water, hot ketchup. Cook for 1 hour. Add diced potatoes; cook for 309 minutes. Simmer 10 minutes and serve.
