EMERALD SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. unpeeled cucumber, grated
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. slivered, blanched almonds

Combine Jello and water. Stir until dissolved. Let cool and add all other ingredients. Chill.
