COWBOY GOULASH 
1 pkg. macaroni & cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes in juice, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Set aside. Brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain off fat, stir in chili powder. Add tomatoes and juice. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn and stir. Pour into prepared macaroni and cheese and mix well. Serve. Yield: 6 servings.
