2 c. sweet potatoes, drained
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mace
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. coarsely broken nuts

Arrange sweet potatoes in a 9 x 9 baking pan. Mix together applesauce, sugar, lemon juice and mace; spoon over potatoes. Dot with butter and sprinkle with nut meats. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until heated through.
