DIABETIC VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1/2 c. asparagus, green beans, cauliflower, leaf cabbage, celery, green pepper 1 1/2 c. broth or bouillon made from bouillon cube 1. Place broth in a saucepan and put in vegetables which have already been parboiled. 2. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes to improve flavor. 3. If desired, one ounce of grated cheese may be sprinkled over top. |
