HERB LEMON BREAD 
2 loaves French bread
1 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. herbs, freshly minced

Slice bread into 1" slices. Mix together butter, lemon juice, and herbs; spread generously on cut slices of bread. Wrap each loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil. Heat 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve immediately.
