VEAL PAPRIKA 
1 1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. butter
1 c. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 lb. veal cubes
2 tsp. paprika
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms

In a large fry pan, saute onions and garlic in butter until soft and golden. Stir in tomatoes, veal, and paprika. Cover and cook 45 minutes on medium heat. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer. Add peppers and cook until tender; season with salt and pepper and stir in mushrooms. Serve over rice or noodles.
