Mix all ingredients and fold in Sprite (7 oz.). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. If you prefer Lemon Cake, use 3 teaspoons lemon flavoring instead of orange and use 7 ounces 7-Up instead of Sprite. Bake in a tube pan.
