CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. diced cheese
1 (6 1/2 to 7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook macaroni in boiling water; drain. Scald milk; add butter, crumbs, cheese, crab meat, macaroni and seasonings. Mix well; add eggs. Place in well greased baking dish in pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. Yields 8 servings.
