1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12.3 oz. box of Crispix
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt together butter, peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat or in microwave oven. Pour melted mixture over Crispix and stir well.

Add all of powdered sugar to above mixture. Cover and shake well. Let cool, then pig out while watching your favorite football team on the television.
