STEPHANIE'S FAVORITE SKILLET
DINNER
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. thin egg noodles
10 oz. pkg. Birds Eye frozen Japanese style vegetables
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In skillet, brown ground beef and drain well. Combine and add cornstarch, salt and water. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cover, simmer about 2 minutes, stirring once. Add package of vegetables. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with fork. Stir often. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in soy sauce before serving.
