CONCORD GRAPE PIE 
2 qt. grapes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Pastry for 2 crusts

Wash grapes thoroughly. Remove skins. Heat pulp and strain through collander to remove seeds. Mix sugar and cornstarch with a little cold water. Add to pulp and skins. Add butter and stir well. Pour into crust and top with crust. Slit for steam. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
