POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. "Simply Potatoes" (freshly shredded, not frozen) 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 3 c. corn flakes 1/2 stick butter, melted Grease 9x13 baking dish. Spread potatoes in dish. Mix all ingredients and spread on top of potatoes. Combine corn flakes and melted butter. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. |
