CORN SPOON BREAD | |
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) can cream corn 1 (8 oz.) whole kernel corn 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake 35 minutes. Put cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes. |
