ORTEGA MELT 
3 c. cooked rice (brown or Basmati is best)
1 (4 oz.) can whole green chiles, halved
Jack cheese slices
Mild salsa
Cilantro (optional)

In a baking dish, layer rice on bottom. Then the halved green chiles, cover with cheese, then salsa mixed with cilantro. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
