QUICHE & TELL 
12 oz. whipping cream (1 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. Lindsey black olives (sliced or halved)
4-6 slices fried bacon (crumbled)
1 pie crust

Heat cream and buttermilk; add eggs and seasoning. Stir in cheese, bacon, onion and olives; pour in pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until custard is set and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
