1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 1/2-3 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex cereal

Melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour over Rice Chex. In large brown bag, pour powdered sugar and Rice Chex mixture in. Shake well.
